Tarun S. Nilkanth, a passionate theatre enthusiast, writer, and director, founded Mettha Productions to transform ideas into captivating performances. He has collaborated with prominent organizations such as Deloitte, Economic Times Group, Balaji Telefilms, Jaro Education, and Future Bazaar, contributing to Government ads, Music videos, and Election campaigns.

Tarun’s artistic journey began as a child actor on television, later performing in stage dramas. From working as an Assistant Director on major projects to developing and directing original scripts, he thrives on experimenting with diverse cinematic techniques and is dedicated to creating authentic stories through scalable film productions.

Co-founder of Mettha Productions, Sunita Iyer combines her entrepreneurial drive with a decade of experience as a Radio Jockey and a background in Media & Industrial Psychology. At Mettha, she oversees the entire production process, from pitching ideas to final execution.

Her diverse portfolio includes work for Jaro Education, Accenture, FM Rainbow, Channel 6 Network, Government campaigns and documentaries. Sunita’s evolution from Production Manager for Stage to accomplished Line Producer showcases her versatility and expertise in Media Production.

Conjoined Mettha in 2024 as a Strategic Partner, Akash Farde is an Advertiser, Entrepreneur, and UPSC Aspirant with acting experience in Marathi serials. His passion for filmmaking blends creativity and strategy, delivering impactful campaigns across ed-tech, NGOs, personal brands, F&B, and more.

Notable collaborations include Bansal Classes, KMCT, Transition Together, and Taparia Tools, with execution work for the IPL. With a unique blend of creativity and strategy, Akash manages the entire client journey, from concept to execution, bringing innovative visions to life.
